Refund policy

At Versaflow Gear, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us.


We offer a 30-day return policy. This means customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Customers should inspect their order immediately after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


Final sale items
Gift cards
Used products
Items damaged by misuse
Items not in original packaging
Personalized or custom products


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Versaflow Gear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
